CANCELLATION POLICY If you cancel your registration for an activity more than three (3) business days prior to the activity start date, you will receive a full refund for the activity fees, less a ten (10%) cancellation fee. Should AquaResource cancel an activity due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund. All cancellation requests must be made via email at: swim@aquaresource.com. MAKES-UP & NO-SHOW POLICY Due to limited space and scheduling, there will be no refunds or make-up's for missed lessons, even in the case of illness or injury. If you arrive after your scheduled class has started, you will be entitled to only the minutes remaining in your lesson. ACTIVITY SCHEDULE CHANGE POLICY If you have paid for an activity, and would like to change the date or time of the activity, you must provide no less than three (3) business days notice. All schedule changes must be made by calling the AquaResource Swim Offices at: (949) 364-5582, or by emailing us at: swim@aquaresource.com. No schedule changes or activity fee transfers will be permitted less than three (3) business days prior to your activity class start date. GUEST PARTICIPATION POLICY In order to register for an activity, you must be a LARMAC resident and be able to provide proof of residency by presenting your resident access card on the activity start date. In accordance with your association policy (no more than five guests per LARMAC household), LARMAC residents may allow guests to register for an activity, provided the guest is registered in the same activity as the LARMAC resident, and accompanied by the LARMAC resident at all times. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY Most children enjoy swimming in the rain! As a result, most lessons will be held during the following weather conditions: cold temperatures, overcast, drizzle and intermittent rain. If AquaResource determines that weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., lightening, thunder, high-wind, downpour, hail) swim lessons will be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of AquaResource Management. CLASS PREPARATION A parent and/or responsible adult must be present AND on the pool deck at all times during all swim instruction classes. In order to maintain a healthy facility, our program, and in accordance with Association Policy, requires that all children under the age of four (4), must wear reusable rubber diapers. Please leave all personal flotation devices (including water wings) at home. For children with long hair, we request that it be pulled back. Swim goggles are also good idea! PROGRAM WAIVER The following waiver is required to be signed by parents and/or legal guardians prior to the student starting lessons: 2009 AquaResource Swim Instruction Program Waiver
